Ah, who doesn’t love garlic? A great product with nothing but fantastic benefits and pleasing to the pallet! Garlic will add just the right amount of zest to any dish.

A natural wonder drug, garlic has long been known for its health benefits and medicinal properties.

Its legendary reputation for preventing everything from the cold and flu to the Plague! It has been used extensively in herbal medicine (phytotherapy, sometimes spelt phitotherapy).
Raw garlic is used by some to treat the symptoms of acne and there is evidence that it can assist in reducing high cholesterol. It can even be effective as a natural mosquito repellent. In general, a stronger tasting clove of garlic has more sulphur content creating a higher level of medicinal value.

Garlic has been manufactured in a variety of forms creating a dry spice to a rich oil. Watkins offers garlic in various forms for the gourmet in your home! Some people prefer to take garlic the supplement. Capsules offer the advantage of avoiding garlic breath. Watkins Garlic oil softgels deliver the daily requirements without the odor!

Modern day research indicates that garlic is a potent antioxidant, covering a broad-spectrum rather than a targeted area. The human body does not build up a resistance to this natural wonder offering lifelong health benefits.
